24" x 35" x 1.6" Disinfecting Foot Mat 90 keeps hygienic areas free of contamination. DFMat is the ultimate solution for disinfection/sanitation footwear (shoes, boots) as well as vehicle tires and keeping sensitive hygienic areas free of contamination of microorganisms. This mat is designed to be placed Outside and Inside at the entrance or exits/driveways of different buildings and premises in Agriculture (Hatcheries, Poultry Barns, Hog Farms, Dairy Farms, Greenhouses, Mushroom's production units), Food Industry (Slaughterhouses, Food Processors, Dairy processors, Fish Hatcheries and processors), Pharmaceutical Industry and Transportation(sanitation/disinfection truck tires, disinfection shoes - passenger stairs, etc.).

HOW IT WORKS

When stepping on the mat, hydraulic pressure is created causing the disinfectant to rise up forming foam around boots and shoes. Depends on disinfectant the foam can be more or less visible.

HOW TO USE

Prepare a Disinfectant solution in the bucket, 1 - 1.5 gallon should be enough for filling the mat. The disinfectant solution pours slowly on the black permeable grid of the DFMat (equally distributed).
When the first time, using stepping on the mat can helps absorption of the disinfectant solution into the inner foam of the DFMat quicker. The mat is easily washed off, drained and filled as required. Regularly sweeping (removing) debris from the black grid helps the longevity of the mat. Open zip allows refreshing or replacing the inner foam.

Cleaning of DFMat

The DFMat90 (dimensions: 24" x 35" x 1.6") is made up of the three parts. Slip-resistant and waterproof sleeve whit zip fastener. 2. A 1.6" thick, high-density polyurethane foam inner withstands heavy loads. The foam inner is removable to allow thorough cleaning or/and replacement.. 3. A drained black slip resistant grid.
