50oz/1.6 Quart Stainless Steel Scoop made of 18 gauge 304 Stainless Steel which is corrosion resistant. The hygienic round corners (seamless) of the scoop are very easy to clean. A polished finish and fully welded without "dead spaces" construction. NFS certified.
